Jonathan was highly recommended to me by a fellow attorney. I was needing a modification of visitation, child support and a few other things that had never been complied with from my divorce agreement of 10 plus years ago. I knew there was the potential for it to be turned into much more then what ...it started as. It did turn into 2 plus years of a battle. Jonathan was there for me every step of the way. He was always available to answer any of my questions and calm all of my fears. Every part of my case was handled with the utmost professionalism and heart. Jonathan always had my sons best interest first and protected him from having to be brought into it. Jonathan is very down to earth, easy to talk to and he listens and hears what you are saying. You couldn't pick a better family law attorney! I hired Jonathan to represent me in a modification of my alimony payments because of retirement. Right off the bat he saved me a whole month's alimony through his recommendations on how to proceed. He is extremely knowledgeable of the law and at ease... in the court room. Jonathan was easy to work with and personable. I was amazed at how quickly he returned my emails and phone calls. He takes that quality to a whole new level, really first rate! I feel extremely fortunate to have found Jonathan and only wish it had been sooner. Like many out there, I wasted way too much time and money with a previous attorney, that was not available or accessible to me and actually discouraged questions. You should expect to be pleasantly surprised at how far your money goes with Jonathan, especially if you've had a previous attorney. Another pleasant surprise will be the level of communication you receive (without being billed). Jonathan always wants you to feel like you can ask him any question at any time or even bounce ideas that pop into your head at any hour....not kidding...anytime...the most I'd ever had to wait for a response is maybe 15min. Again, if you've been elsewhere before, you know this is not common or inexpensive to ask a question in any way. If you haven't seeked counsel already, please do yourself a favor and meet Jonathan. If you have an attorney and are stalled, not getting nowhere, your money is flying out the door and on top of it you are being charged dearly just for asking a question....Please find Jonathan fast. In the end, I believe you will spend a fraction of the fees you've already paid out to get nowhere, and in contrast, now receive lightening fast action and the peace of mind that comes with knowing you are free to ask any question at anytime and you will be answered timely and compassionately. For someone going through a difficult time in their lives, this peace of mind is priceless. I also don't want to forget the staff at Jonathan's firm. They are the utmost courteous people that are always there to help. If you are just beginning, or want to end a long expensive stalemate that is going nowhere, I highly recommend hiring Jonathan. Literally on day one, more was done for me than over a year elsewhere. I know Jonathan has other clients/cases, but I assure you that you will almost believe it couldn't be true. You are always treated as if you have his un-divided attention and are just as important to him as anything else he may have going on. I truely felt like I was his only client. I don't think one could ask for anything more.
