Mr. Gilbert was retained to review a case for medical malpractice in September 2015 knowing the statute of limitations was 6 months away. He and his staff never responded to any of my emails and it took over three months after signing the retainer agreement to receive an engagement letter from his office when we were told the review of the case would take 2-3 months. He didn't even request copies of medical records until 3 months after being retained knowing the statute of limitations was soon approaching. It wasn't until having the attorney that referred us to him give him a call that the records were reviewed (by a nurse rather than a doctor). Within a week we get a call he couldn't move forward with case. He showed no knowledge of the history of the case and didn't know certain facts even after he had been provided with information. Again you are nothing more than a number and you will not receive any personal service. Now I am left at the last minute to try to find another attorney to review case because he did nothing for the first 3 months. Just a note, I am also in the legal field and am astonished at this attorney's conduct. Stay away from this attorney and this firm.

Jon Gilbert is a fantastic attorney. All the way through my slip and fall case, he was the one calling me to get OUR ducks in a row. He never left my side and his advice was spot on and sound. When you are in a situation like I was, you need the kind of support he gives. If unfortunately you find yourself needing an attorney, not only can he represent you and we'll; if the matter is outside of his scope of practice...he will find you the BEST representative to work with..and yo can take that to the bank. I know I did. Thank you Jon from the very bottom of my heart for everything you did for us during that crazy, unpredictable time. We love you; in our book, you are family. Thank you for always putting my interests first. You ROCK \m/ !

Jonathan was recommended to me by my lawyer in Pennsylvania. Once we spoke by phone, I felt comfortable that my best interests were being served. He and his staff e-mailed, called and had time for questions at any time I felt it necessary. His interest in my case was apparent and his willingness to listen exemplary. Thanks to Jon and his staff a wrap-up of my case is in the offing. A job well done.
