Born in Massachusetts, Michael  fell in love with Central Illinois after relocating to Champaign with his family. Michael attended the Florida State University College of Law, where he graduated cum laude. He began his professional career in law in Florida immediately after and has been admitted by state bars in Illinois and Florida, Florida’s Northern, Middle, and Southern districts as well as the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. A longtime advocate for accident victims, attorney Cerasa is focused on holding negligent people responsible for their carelessness or greed and making sure that injured folks understand their rights and don’t get ripped off by insurance companies.
