Eric is a civil litigator. He has handled numerous cases involving medical negligence, premises liability, car crashes, trip and falls, wrongful death, and federal tort claim act claims. Eric has handled complex cases involving, among other things, NICU negligence, misdiagnosis of a bowel perforation/infection, failure to properly treat a post splenectomy patient, anesthesia negligence, cardiology negligence, failure to diagnose uterine rupture/birth injury, improper discharge, Airplane/aircraft negligence, trucking negligence, and automobile negligence. Eric has been representing plaintiffs for the entirety of his ten year career and will fight for you.
Eric presently sits on the board of directors for a Tampa based non-profit, Wheels for Success. He has served on that board for six years and is presently its board chair. Wheels of Success is an organization that provides transportation in the form of donated cars to persons who have a job, but cannot afford to purchase a car to get there.
