Not knowing too much about how the system works I went through my own screening process to find the right representation for my case. Out of the 4-5 firms I called when I spoke with Feldman/Fox they were the only ones NOT "just going through the motions". After my conversation with the Senior Partner... I was convinced that I was at the right place. Upon hiring them I was called by a Mr Robert Tucker and it was clear that he cared, "wanted" to get to every detail of the case, and was going to go above and beyond for me. The one thing that stood out was not only his professionalism but the fact that he did not over promise or tell me what I wanted to hear. In closing, even after my case was settled they actually went to the 110% service mark and dealt with the medical billing companies in making sure I would not have any surprises pop up later and negotiated payments (this was after the case was done). I would recommend Mr Tucker to all my friends and family based on how and what he did in my case and have tossed aside the stigma that ALL attorneys are the same.
