Best Defense Council I've ever had

John Guidry II is a phenomenal lawyer. His council is the best representation I've ever received. He is extremely knowledgeable and informative. He supported me in whatever decision I chose to make regarding my case and informed me accordingly in an incredibly detailed manner. He was able to get ...my Seminole Felony HTO charge dropped down to a No Valid in Possession. He was also able to get my five year revocation removed so I could get my license back. The arresting officer and prosecuting attorney were both shocked that he was able to remove the five year revocation so I could get my license back. The plea agreement he was able to workout with the state was excellent. Many people get years in prison for Felony HTO's including the five year suspension. He was able to get the charge drop down after I reinstated my DL through his removal of the revocation. I received six months of probation with guaranteed early termination to which was granted after three months, fifteen hours of community service and a driving class. I was astounded he was able to get a Felony lowered so much, a five year revocation removed and the court requirements minimized to nearly nothing. His professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail is unparalleled. He always promptly returned my calls and supported my decisions regarding my case while keeping me fully advised. His staff is prompt, professional and courteous. I highly recommend and endorse the services of Mr. Guidry. Although I never intend on having future criminal interaction with law enforcement I will not retain the services of any other lawyer but his should the need arise. If you are looking for the best representation in the industry. I advise you to look nowhere else for services but to his firm. It is my pleasure to write this review. You are reading the bio of one of the best Criminal Defense attorneys in Nation.

Guidry is Gold.

This lawyer is absolutely excellent. Before 2012 I have never been in any kind of legal trouble before. Ever. A few parking and speeding tickets...that's about it. Unfortunately - I made a HUGE mistake on a business trip earlier this year - in Orlando. I ended up in a hotel room with some highly ...questionably folks (including an escort - who was in possession of drugs) - had been drinking - and at one point the cops showed up. Long story short - the fingers were all pointed at me by these folks - and I got arrested for possession of drugs + drug paraphernalia (two felonies). Working in high tech - for the past 15 years - in a role where I do 250 days a year of travel - internationally - I realized I was in a world of trouble...quite frankly - it was all on the line - for me. I researched a few lawyers but really didn't feel a bit of relief till I called John Guidry's office, was put right through to him and spent about 30 mins. on the phone. He essentially listened carefully to my story - calmly - then explained quite thoroughly - the various strategies he could use in defending me in this case - along with the pro's and con's of each...so - I trusted my gut - hired Mr. Guidry before getting off of that first call - and this was the best decision I could possibly have made. BTW - his rates are very reasonable. I also like the fact that he quoted me a price that basically covered the entire case - barring any extra fees he would have to take on - if he ended up deposing cops and stuff... John also gave me his cell number - and though I didn't call him very often - we were in regular contact via email and I really - truly - felt like if I ever needed to talk to him - he was there for me. This is important when you are in a horrible situation like this (understatement!) So, what happened? He got to work right away - did some research - then put together a whole array of stuff - including an extremely well crafted letter to the prosecutor (jammed with case law and a lot of other content) - then stayed on them diligently - till they agreed to drop my case - outright. Case dismissed. Furthermore -I'm getting this entire thing whacked from my record - i.e. expunged, which should be done within the next few weeks...thank goodness. In other words, Guidry cracked a homer (with 3 guys on base) - on this case. Fin. If you are in trouble - especially if you have a good job - do yourself a favor and hire John Guidry. This guy saved my bacon. Big time. Plus, he's a good guy. I knew right away this was the right lawyer for me, and this was the best decision I've made in...oh, about 42 years!! Thanks for listening and I truly hope this helps someone who needs it. -PV

Best Attorney!

I hired John for my Felony Grand Theft Case. I had a prior Theft case within the year of this Felony, I was really worried about what was going to happen to me, the maximum was 5 years jail time and/or 5 years probation and possibly a 5,000 fine. Now since it was my second offense within a YEAR, I th...ought the State was going to go hard on me. I researched hiring the best attorney for this, and met with several attorney's through out central Florida. It was very hard for me to make a decision but John was the last attorney I met with. I spoke with him on the phone first and he was very up front about everything, I than came down to his office to speak a little more on the matter I had, I had no doubts whatsoever about John being able to help me. He asked me what I wanted out of this, I said I did not want to be a convicted felon and go to jail. He told me he would make sure I didn't go to jail and he could not guarantee me about not being a convicted felon due to my prior theft within the year. John kept me up to date about everything that was happening and going to happen. John resolved the case at Case Management. He got me 24 months probation (with a possibility of early termination at the half way point), some community service and a small fine. John also got me adjudication withheld which means I AM NOT a convicted felon and have grounds to possibly seal this once I complete the probation. When John got me the withhold and no jail time I knew I made the right decision. John is someone who keeps his word and is very upfront, he even did more for me than I wanted, he got me the option to termination the probation early! Which I am so grateful for! John is also very flexible with payments and was very understanding of financial issues (job loss) that happened within the last few weeks. John also impressed other people in the court room during my case management. After the hearing someone that was also there for their case management seen what he did for me and was very pleased with how he helped me. I would most definitely hire John again in the future (lets hope I don't need to!) if I have to. I would also recommend him to anyone who has legal matters occurring. John is awesome!!!!!

Amazing Attorney

John Guidry is one of the best attorneys in Criminal Defense in the state of Florida. I was charged with Aggravated Battery and Assault and was facing mandatory jail time of fifteen years. I will admit I was a little scared and had no idea what was going to happen. I didn't even know which attorne...y to go with and even if he/she would have my best interest at heart. Not to mention that I was from out of town and would have issues traveling back and forth from state to state. But after doing a lot of research, reading reviews, watching John's videos explaining his knowledge of the law and talking with John, I had complete confidence in choosing him to represent me and I am glad I made the decision to go with him. After hiring him, he wasted no time getting the facts he needed to proceed forward with my case. John not only handled my case with absolute seriousness and compassion, but he was very informative and always made communicating with me updates about my case a priority. John's diligence, skills, and understanding of the law helped me win my case. All and all, John is an excellent attorney!! There really are not enough words to describe my appreciation for the work, time and effort John dedicated to my case. Just hire him yourself and you'll see first hand, you won't be disappointed!

"I've known John Guidry for about 20 years. One of the key components of the lawyer-client relationship (or any relationship for that matter) is trust. John is not only a smart, conscientious, and aggressive lawyer, he is someone you can absolutely trust and, believe me, I don't say that about everyone. When I have something where I need the assistance of another attorney, John is among the lawyers I will call because I can trust that he will be there, on time, and he will be prepared as he always is. If you hire John, you will be getting a top flight lawyer."
