I was very satisfied with William Tonelli representing me in a property damage/insurance claim case. Relative to most cases that his firm handles, my situation had very little money at stake, but I never felt that way working with William. He kept me updated constantly on what was going on between al...l the participating parties. He was always available when I needed to contact him and always made me feel like I was his main concern. I was involved in a three car accident resulting from the fault of one of the other drivers. The driver's insurance company retroactively voided her coverage, leaving me in a bad spot. However, the accident occurred while she was in the process of working at her job - making her employer liable.
