I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this lawyer. Throughout the entire case, it felt like he was more concerned with earning lawyer fees than actually working in our best interests. Initially, we had a chance to recover our losses, but due to the lawyer’s poor guidance and delays..., the case ultimately failed, resulting in even greater losses. Specifically, the lawyer suggested some inappropriate actions, which seemed unprofessional, and fortunately, we didn’t follow his advice. Additionally, communication was very poor, as phone calls went unanswered, and we even encountered him in a park during working hours, where it was clear he wasn’t fully engaged with the case. If we had access to more advanced technology or AI at the time, we may not have wasted so much time and money. I deeply regret hiring such an irresponsible lawyer. I hope other clients will be more cautious when choosing their lawyer to avoid going through a similar experience.

Mr. O'Neal seems very knowledgeable, however, my experience was not great. I submitted several documents prior to my first consultation the secretary failed to inform me that a piece of information was crucial in order for Mr. O'Neal to give me precise guidance to MY case. Instead we had a conversat...ion based on GENERAL information. I have since submitted the documents he said he needed to have in order to speak about MY case specifically. I have sent three emails without a response.

Mr. O'Neal is truly the attorney you want to hire. Not only is he brilliant, but he was such a great person. It was dealing with a longtime friend, like dealing with someone you would just like to hang out with on the weekend. He should be the only person you call for any property legal work you need....

Let me explain something: if you're an investor/landlord/property owner looking for an attorney that knows absolutely everything about eviction/wrongful possession of property, etc.. *THIS* is the attorney you're looking for. He's very personable, explains everything, shows you ...great strategies and is a lion in the courtroom when needed. hire him! I did, and he was excellent!
