Blaine met with me on Christmas Day after I found myself in some legal trouble. I called him on Christmas Day, believing I wouldn't be able to talk to him until at least the next day. He quickly returned my call and after speaking with me for a few minutes decided to meet with me and go over my options. I couldn't believe he would do this for someone who wasn't there client yet. Blaine really went above and beyond and cares about his clients. My case took much longer than anticipated and he was there every step of the way. He is excellent at communicating and keeps you informed the whole way and always answers calls, emails, and texts very quickly. (I was a needy client). He worked very hard and had to work under a time crunch to get a motion to dismiss my case ready. His hard work payed off, he was far more prepared than the state and the judge dismissed my case. Blaine had to research case law before the motion and was only given about 48 hours to do so and it looked like he had a week. I couldn't have been happier! The judge dismissed my case on my birthday. Needless to say it was an awesome birthday. I highly recommend Blaine. He cares, is experienced, passionate and fights for you. Thanks Blaine!

i was referred to Blaine by a friend and I'm so glad that I was fortunate enough to be able to hire him to represent me. After speaking with several attorneys, Blaine impressed me the most as he had a humanistic component to him that many others lacked. He was always prompt to respond to any questions that I had and did a great job of educating me on matters I was unfamiliar with. I would highly recommend working with Blaine if you're in need of an attorney as I couldn't have asked for a better situation or outcome.

I hired Blaine after consulting with 2 other lawyers for a DUI offense. Blaine was referred to me by a friend. The other 2 were big name DUI attorneys. This is the 1st time I ever needed council for anything. I chose Blaine not just because his fees were much more affordable, but he seemed to have a vested interest from the start. It was the best decision I could have made. I can't say enough how great he was. He knows DUI law inside and out. He guided me through this most trying time. Blaine explained all of my options, ranging from a plea of "not guilty" to pre-trial diversion, and through his guidance my record has been expunged last week. I decided to do P.T.D. and Blaine helped me through every step of the long and tricky process. Why he is great:
he is knowledgeable, honest, experienced, compassionate, a great listener, answers his phone or calls back promptly, and he provides a great value. One thing about value, even though his fees are not as high as most others, don't take that as meaning he is not a top attorney. In my estimation, Blaine does not charge as much because he does not want to take advantage of desperate people. He is fair and honest. I would recommend Blaine to anyone in my family or any of my friends. If you need legal advice, please check him out. You will be glad you did.
