Amir A. Ladan

Arrested Nov.9 , by KPD, taking to jail..Charged with Aggravated Assault with dangerous weapon, (my van) KPD felt the need to lie to me regarding video proof for arresting me, video proof on the police report said that he was denied the right to view it, by the owner of the video. That lie is why ...l felt l needed an attorney...after my bail hearing on the Nov 10. ,l was given a $15000 bond...which was paid by friends, l was released...That lie, made me feel that they could take my freedom for something that didnt happen the way they were trying to protrayed it. What other lies or misinformation would they try to use against me. I needed professional help...you call me when you need a good carpenter, you call an attorney when you need legal help. Now the hunt for an attorney...l contacted an attorney l used in a business case years earlier for recommendations, most that returned my calls were all about the money and almost rude. So l asked a friend of a friend if he new of anyone... He recommended the Ladan Law firm, seems his son in law worked with Amir at some point. Since my first phone call with Amir Ladan, l felt at ease. Everyone l spoke with at the law firm, were Respectful, Professional, and Caring. From the 1st call to last call, l new l had the best attorney for my case. I cannot tell you what exactly everything they did on my case. What they did was their job to represent me, l dont care about all the lil details. They represented me, they spoke with me and for me, they did everything for me , so l could live my life with ease , without worries. (Until it happens to you, l truley pray it never does. If it does hire an attorney. FYI this is a serious, no joke charge. Could be long prison sentence, if convicted. I had reasons to worry,not because l thought l was in the wrong, because l wasnt, btw.. if you could be arrested, charged, jailed on basically he said she said evidence..then yes l had worries. ) Amir's law firm, took those worries away, instantly almost... It didnt take long tho. I knew after a couple conversations with the Professionals that works with him, my worries were no more. 4/28... Amir calls to inform me , my case has been "DISMISSED" Job completed...successfully Amir , l would personally like to Thank you for everything your Firm accomplished in my case. I had a question regarding felony legalities that I was not educated on... He was a repeat felony with gun charges and I was scared because the scenario had to do with me and my safety is at stake. I don't know any criminal lawyers and so I was browsing thru and came across Avvo and as I was browsing... thru lawyers, I came across Amir Ladan's picture and he seemed very warm and inviting, someone whom you could ask a question and you wouldn't feel stupid... I asked Mr. Ladan about the F2 & F3 felony charges and the prison time they hold. Mr. Ladan was very caring and sensitive to me in regards to my story, he was very knowledgeable and I didn't have trouble comprehending his answer. He was very informative and caring at the same time. If I lived in Orlando, Florida and could afford Mr. Ladan I would definitely makes sure he was MY or any friends/family members lawyer.

Amir used his knowledge and familiarity with the Seminole County Courts to restructure a court ordered drug rehab program in Ocala, substituting that requirement with a local IOP program.
