Justin R. Clark

I wish I knew about this site when we hired Justin but better late than never. We hired Justin around 2009 for our foreclosure and to be quick about this, it was the single worst mistake we made, not only was he overwhelmed with clients we almost lost our home because the didn't show for a court date... and forgot to file and extension. During one court date, we left the court room and he stated "I thought I was going to have to buy you a house" We paid him $1500 up front and not a penny more due to his incompetence. So I would be very careful if anyone wants to consider this attorney.

We are using Justin Clark & Associates to handle our past and present taxes and they have been very helpful in getting our questions answered and working on getting the problem resolved with our taxes from last year. I want to say Thank you to them for all the work they are doing and for keeping us u...p to date on their progress!! If you need your taxes done or owe the IRS I would defiantly give them a call.

In 2012 we met with Justin Clark to discuss options on our toxic loan. Our first encounter on the process for a short sale. Assigned a legal assistant who solely processed the paperwork, attempted to speak with Clark, very little if any callbacks. Paperwork extremely slowly, to the point we almost ...lost the sale. No negotiations with bank to get any kind of concessions. RE Agent did most of work. Outcome: A closing which I was told would be the end. Four years later we were sued for outstanding original loan amount. Contacted Clark, met with him, he assigned a lawyer. Only asked for money, did not tell us we were about to get served for the entire loan. Went to another lawyer who immediately negotiated with credit union and we paid pennies on the dollar. Review: No contact with Clark or any associate, no discussion of options, no good representation, dropped the ball multiple times. We would never recommend this firm for any legal needs.

I would recommend this law firm to anyone who is looking for someone in their corner that knows what they are doing. I met Attorney Brandon Stewart, and from the first time, I spoke with him, I knew that he is passionate about what he does. Not to mention that he goes above and beyond to satisfy his ...client. It means a lot to me when I talk to him; he immediately refers to me by name (TJ). That is evident that I am not just a number. I met with various attorneys before meeting Mr. Stewart, and I knew that he was the one within 2 minutes of our conversation. I have been dealing with Chase for over three years, getting the runaround. There's only so much information that Google can provide until it's time to place the case in a qualified hand. One thing I do know is that Mr. Stewart has my back. Thanks again Mr. B. Stewart for an exceptional job. I am delighted to be working with you. My case is in the beginning stage. Therefore I will update my review at the conclusion. However, I am confident that it will end with a great outcome.
