In 2012 we met with Justin Clark to discuss options on our toxic loan. Our first encounter on the process for a short sale. Assigned a legal assistant who solely processed the paperwork, attempted to speak with Clark, very little if any callbacks. Paperwork extremely slowly, to the point we almost ...lost the sale. No negotiations with bank to get any kind of concessions. RE Agent did most of work. Outcome: A closing which I was told would be the end. Four years later we were sued for outstanding original loan amount. Contacted Clark, met with him, he assigned a lawyer. Only asked for money, did not tell us we were about to get served for the entire loan. Went to another lawyer who immediately negotiated with credit union and we paid pennies on the dollar. Review: No contact with Clark or any associate, no discussion of options, no good representation, dropped the ball multiple times. We would never recommend this firm for any legal needs.

I would recommend this law firm to anyone who is looking for someone in their corner that knows what they are doing. I met Attorney Brandon Stewart, and from the first time, I spoke with him, I knew that he is passionate about what he does. Not to mention that he goes above and beyond to satisfy his ...client. Justin’s experience, knowledge, and confidence led to a quick and decisive judgment in our favor which returned our deposit check to us within just a couple of weeks. Ultimately Justin represents his clients as he probably would his own family—I don’t think there is much more you can ask for from an attorney.
