I saw another client's experience listed here last week entitled, Plaintiff under the bus. I came back to tell her I wish I had read her experience on this Avvo site, before I hired them. I drive from Tampa Bay to th...eir office in Maitland several times, On the day that is required by the court, I arrived 30 minutes early to discuss important concerns for 341 meeting. The lawyer is not in the office and no other lawyer to assist me. There was NO prior notice to me of that the Attorney would not be there to give advice/consult in office, as he told me to come 30 min early. I emailed him several times two days before and no answer to my emails, Even the day before and right up until midnight because I'm getting concerned, I'm still emailing but no answers to any of my emails. I arrive 40 minutes prior but 5 minutes before schedule meeting, they sit me in conference room alone and say press this button and leaves. Then you receive a letter sent by God for you to see the truth - it appears right before your eyes their catchy motto "YOU HAVE POWER" yeah that law firm; There integrity and service are a BIG disappointment. I feel they take your money and don't file the proper documents in court to benefit their clients. as they did me. I WILL CLOSE WITH THIS FOR NOW, it appears the lawyer filings of untrue and inaccurate pertinent identification can seriously hurt the very client they are to represent. BE ALERT with this firm. After hiring Justin after I had a consultation 5 months ago I have not heard from anyone in the office. Every time I call in to speak with Justin I get told he is not in the office. I have set appointment times to talk to him and either never get called or get called from someone else in the office. ...The secretary that answers every time I call is very apologetic but she can only do so much. Justin needs to do better with communicating with his clients.

Met with Justin approximately seven years ago to discuss an underwater property that I had. He offered advice at my initial consultation, at no charge. When in need of some recent estate planning, I reached out to him directly and he met with me almost immediately. He prepared four documents for ...me, office staff scheduled notary so there was no additional out-of-pocket expense, and everything was seamless. He is extremely prompt in responding to your email inquiries and you can expect a same day response. I would highly recommend him

I wish I knew about this site when we hired Justin but better late than never. We hired Justin around 2009 for our foreclosure and to be quick about this, it was the single worst mistake we made, not only was he overwhelmed with clients we almost lost our home because the didn't show for a court date... and forgot to file and extension. During one court date, we left the court room and he stated "I thought I was going to have to buy you a house" We paid him $1500 up front and not a penny more due to his incompetence. So I would be very careful if anyone wants to consider this attorney.
