Is it for Justice or Justin?

I saw another client's experience listed here last week entitled, Plaintiff under the bus. I came back to tell her I wish I had read her experience on this Avvo site, before I hired them. Did I, the client get JUSTICE, after paying everything they required plus expenses. I drive from Tampa Bay to th...eir office in Maitland several times, On the day that is required by the court, I arrived 30 minutes early to discuss important concerns for 341 meeting. The lawyer is not in the office and no other lawyer to assist me. There was NO prior notice to me of that the Attorney would not be there to give advice/consult in office, as he told me to come 30 min early. I emailed him several times two days before and no answer to my emails, Even the day before and right up until midnight because I'm getting concerned, I'm still emailing but no answers to any of my emails. I arrive 40 minutes prior but 5 minutes before schedule meeting, they sit me in conference room alone and say press this button and leaves. Then you receive a letter sent by God for you to see the truth - it appears right before your eyes their catchy motto "YOU HAVE POWER" yeah that law firm; There integrity and service are a BIG disappointment. I feel they take your money and don't file the proper documents in court to benefit their clients. as they did me. I WILL CLOSE WITH THIS FOR NOW, it appears the lawyer filings of untrue and inaccurate pertinent identification can seriously hurt the very client they are to represent. BE ALERT with this firm. This will be continued next week with more to protect widows and seniors ...................

collaborating with plaintiffs

I only paid Justin Clark to track my mortgage 4 years ago. $3500. I was being sued for foreclosure by Mc Ra who said they were hired by WF. WF said they had nothing to do with my house in any way so Mc Ra said they were representing my HOA which I didn't have so MC RA invented one shelf company. My T...itle was tampered with 4 times. This seemed to be an easy case to me but the Judge wouldn't hear my side or let me present evidence without a lawyer. Brandon Stewart through me under the bus. I never talked to him before or since but he told the judge everything was in order with the foreclosure action and he would explain my options to me. My credit was good. Always on time and usually full amount owed. W/O consent they put me in bankruptcy. Out of the 12 creditors, 2 were my children's debts I co-signed on so they got paid twice. Two I owed. One was $5100 I owed to JC and associates even though I did not sign bankruptcy papers 3 were for WF whom I already established I didn't owe anything and the last one is sending me back my money plus interest. This means they sent me into foreclosure two months before they ever stepped in court with me. Now they want to short sale my house at no charge to me. Their mortgage company will handle it. If anyone has a similar story that is not paid to give good reviews or scrub bad ones post here after midnight and before 8. I read these daily and they seem to disappear around nine am

With all due respect what you have written is all lies. It also makes no sense at all. We wish you the best of luck in the future. Due to the accusations above we have no choice but to take action against you. - Justin Clark

thank you Justin

our friend referred me and my husband to Justin,s office 8 months ago. We were told that Bankruptcy is the only solution for our financial situation. Justin is a great guy and very intelligent and knows what he is doing . Right now we are still working for our case and very soon we will file our bank...ruptcy. Every time we met him his calming energy takes our anxiety and sadness away .Also Wayne Spiak and his assistant Jacqueline both are great . I trust them . I do not know why couple people put very negative comments here . Shame .. thank you Justin .. me and my husband trust you and your attorney God bless you

Outstanding Lawyer

In a time of difficulty for me and my family, we were forced to come to the point of filing bankruptcy, and although the concept seemed scary based off of what the people around me said, Mr. Clark and his staff made the process seem easy by keeping me updated and following threw with every he prom...ised . Neatless to say i am still in my house after 7 years of fighting the bank . I recommend Justin Clark to anyone. Mr. Clark we are blessed to have found you .
