I drive from Tampa Bay to th...eir office in Maitland several times, On the day that is required by the court, I arrived 30 minutes early to discuss important concerns for 341 meeting. The lawyer is not in the office and no other lawyer to assist me. There was NO prior notice to me of that the Attorney would not be there to give advice/consult in office, as he told me to come 30 min early. I emailed him several times two days before and no answer to my emails, Even the day before and right up until midnight because I'm getting concerned, I'm still emailing but no answers to any of my emails. I arrive 40 minutes prior but 5 minutes before schedule meeting, they sit me in conference room alone and say press this button and leaves. Then you receive a letter sent by God for you to see the truth - it appears right before your eyes their catchy motto "YOU HAVE POWER" yeah that law firm; There integrity and service are a BIG disappointment. I feel they take your money and don't file the proper documents in court to benefit their clients. as they did me. I WILL CLOSE WITH THIS FOR NOW, it appears the lawyer filings of untrue and inaccurate pertinent identification can seriously hurt the very client they are to represent. BE ALERT with this firm. I became a client to Justin's Clark and associates 2 years ago for back Taxesto the irs. They have very poor comminication skills they fail to call me and let me know what's going on. I believe this is the worst $1700 I've spent in my life. And I still have no results on my case.i call the office re...quest a call back and I never get one this is the worst?

i would absolutely recommend Justin and his firm. He is an excellent attorney and a down to earth person! Thanks to him and his staff I can now live peacefully in my home and keep my kids in their school! I tried to do my own loan mod and found myself frustrated and lacked the time or energy to deal... with the bank, this process is extremely stressful, frustrating and time consuming that requires someone qualified !! Please people, do not try to do it yourself! get someone skilled to do this for you!

I was working with Gregory & Clark firm on my loan modification. My case was assigned to a Loan modification processor that limit her self to process paper work but was not aware of the guidelines and procedures. The attorney never handles the cases. After almost 2 years of process, they just tol...d me that according to the guidelines for my type of loan, the lender was not approving my modification because I am over 12 months behind on my loan. When I first contact this firm I was 10 months behind and I was never informed of those "guidelines" This firm just limits to submit your paperwork but they do not go any further. They are not informed of guidelines and proper procedures and they just wait until the bank decides what to do in your case. They do not request any audit for your loan and they are not willing to litigate.
