In 2012 we met with Justin Clark to discuss options on our toxic loan. Our first encounter on the process for a short sale. Assigned a legal assistant who solely processed the paperwork, attempted to speak with Clark, very little if any callbacks. Paperwork extremely slowly, to the point we almost ...lost the sale. No negotiations with bank to get any kind of concessions. RE Agent did most of work. Outcome: A closing which I was told would be the end. Four years later we were sued for outstanding original loan amount. Contacted Clark, met with him, he assigned a lawyer. Only asked for money, did not tell us we were about to get served for the entire loan. Went to another lawyer who immediately negotiated with credit union and we paid pennies on the dollar. Review: No contact with Clark or any associate, no discussion of options, no good representation, dropped the ball multiple times. We would never recommend this firm for any legal needs.

My wife and I recently needed the help of an attorney to represent us, we decided to use Justin Clark and it was the best decision we could’ve made. We were in an escrow dispute over a deposit we put down on a Short Sale home, ultimately we decided to not move forward with the home and notified th...e seller’s agent of our wishes to have the deposit returned, these actions were all within our rights of the contract however the sellers decided to file for a dispute which would cause us to lose our deposit. Justin immediately took action and filed the proper appeal to FREC and the seller’s attorney. Justin’s experience, knowledge, and confidence led to a quick and decisive judgment in our favor which returned our deposit check to us within just a couple of weeks. Justin Clark and his staff are extremely well versed in real estate law and they exude a level of confidence and passion to defend their clients while maintaining professionalism and class. Ultimately Justin represents his clients as he probably would his own family—I don’t think there is much more you can ask for from an attorney. I have since then recommended Justin Clark to numerous people and I will continue to do.
