I was working with Gregory & Clark firm on my loan modification. My case was assigned to a Loan modification processor that limit her self to process paper work but was not aware of the guidelines and procedures. The attorney never handles the cases. After almost 2 years of process, they just tol...d me that according to the guidelines for my type of loan, the lender was not approving my modification because I am over 12 months behind on my loan. When I first contact this firm I was 10 months behind and I was never informed of those "guidelines" This firm just limits to submit your paperwork but they do not go any further. They are not informed of guidelines and proper procedures and they just wait until the bank decides what to do in your case. They do not request any audit for your loan and they are not willing to litigate.

My wife and I recently needed the help of an attorney to represent us, we decided to use Justin Clark and it was the best decision we could’ve made. We were in an escrow dispute over a deposit we put down on a Short Sale home, ultimately we decided to not move forward with the home and notified th...e seller’s agent of our wishes to have the deposit returned, these actions were all within our rights of the contract however the sellers decided to file for a dispute which would cause us to lose our deposit. Justin’s experience, knowledge, and confidence led to a quick and decisive judgment in our favor which returned our deposit check to us within just a couple of weeks. Justin Clark and his staff are extremely well versed in real estate law and they exude a level of confidence and passion to defend their clients while maintaining professionalism and class. Ultimately Justin represents his clients as he probably would his own family—I don’t think there is much more you can ask for from an attorney. I have since then recommended Justin Clark to numerous people and I will continue to do.
