I thought this lawyer was my friend first of all which is why I hired him, secondly, all I filled out was an intake form, sent them $3500 and then Mike promised to file an emergency motion for my child custody case yet his assistant Ginette would tell me he would be calling for conference call etc an...d never would call when she would say. I paid them $3500 then heard nothing from Mike for MONTHS over something that was supposed to be done as an emergency motion within a week. Nothing they promised was done, no email correspondence or text, not one thing was done, no bills sent until I charged back months later. I asked for my money back in writing and on the phone many times to Ginette and they did nothing but give me the run around and never contacted by the attorney or sent ANYTHING from them! Such a scam! I will be contacting the fl bar if they don't fix this bill they just sent me for doing literally nothing but taking money from people and then ghosting them. So unprofessional, I feel like I have been scammed by someone overseas and this is supposed to be a lawyer and someone you can trust. Highly don't recommend.
