Let me start off by saying that I am someone who will generally check reviews on almost everything I buy or expect a service from. So with that being said, I felt the need to write a great review for Alex. From the beginning, I had a good feeling about Alex. His response to my online inquiry was imme...diate and when we spoke over the phone, he spent over an hour of his time discussing my situation. He answered all of my questions and went over all my options. I did't feel rushed when I talked to him and I wanted to make a good decision since I was also contemplating bankruptcy. I found it refreshing as someone who has used other lawyers in the past. Alex remained responsive, knowledgeable and honest throughout my whole case. In the end, the total for what I paid Alex and my creditor was less than what I originally owed. I told Alex I appreciated his services and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I cannot say in a few words how great my experience with Alex was. My organization's bank account was frozen due to a lawsuit from 5 years before in which a summary judgement was filed and no one on the current board was aware of the judgement. Alex examined the case and immediately noticed some proc...edural errors. He was able to get approximately $5000 in attorney's fees on the judgment dismissed, and then we obtained a settlement a settlement for approximately 10% of the remaining balance. We were even able to get the case dismissed with prejudice so that we could not be held liable again for the same case. I highly recommend Alex!

I was surprised with a garnishment against my business bank account on a Friday at month-end from a vendor that never bothered to get in touch with me prior to the garnishment. I contacted Alex first thing Monday morning and he was very responsive and found out that they had tried to serve an old ad...dress even though my address was updated with the State. By pointing out their failures and negotiating with the vendor's attorneys we eventually settled for 25% of the original garnishment. I am very glad that I called Alex and that he was very knowledgeable and helpful in the process of settling this case.
