Andrew Joseph Chmelir

Mr. Chmelir was referred to me by a friend of a friend who used his services for her divorce. He did not disappoint!!!! What I loved the most about working with Mr. Chmelir was that he was on top of his game. He represented me very well, I shut down when I am super stressed out and he handled my case... with grace and passion. It was very reassuring for me to know that I was well cared for with my matter. Mr. Chmelir always took the time to explain all the details that I was otherwise unfamiliar with, and he made sure that I understood the process. Whenever I had a question, he was always available or very quick to respond..., usually within an hour. I feel that he fought hard for me, and I could always see his wheels turning in respect to his next move; I believe that he got me the best possible outcome in my case. He was polite, patient, polished, and professional. If I had to go through it all a second time, I would choose him to represent me again. But let's pray I don't have to!

You never want to have to hire a divorce attorney, but, if the time comes, look no further. I am leery of attorneys, however, Andy set all of my insecurities to rest. He is so calm about everything that you think he doesn't have you and your case in mind. Man was I mistaken. He is the old adage that ...never judge a book by the cover. He is so calm because he is like the best chess player I have ever gone up against. Quietly he is already thinking three moves ahead. He may not let you know all he has swimming around in his head, but, a good friend that also used him taught me to put all my trust in him and let him fly the plane. An extremely hard thing for me to do being such an analytical thinker myself. Once I accepted I was in the best hands I could be in, my life brightened and the light at the end of the tunnel was clearly seen. Use him, trust him, do what he asks of you and I truly believe you will also be able to see the light at the end of your tunnel too.

At first, I did not even consider a male attorney mainly because of general disappointment with men, but I took the advice of my good friend, and I never regretted or doubted my choice. Give him a chance if you feel the same. He will do his best to the full extent of the legal system. Before hiring ...Attorney Chmelir, I spoke to several good and knowledgeable attorneys. My case looked simple for many, but only I knew how bad it can get with my ex. Attorney Chmelir didn’t make promises, but he took my case seriously. His knowledge of law and human psychology is incredible. Knowing how emotional I can be when it gets personal and hits you in the most wounded spot, I was delighted to have him by my side during three years of complicated divorce. Because he kept my ex at bay, I could grow in my career, continue working, and graduate with my Master’s degree, but most importantly, I could be there for my children and be a mother. He is excellent at deposition, absolutely prepared and focused; taking him off the trail of thought is hard. My ex took me to court several times, and Attorney Chmelir stood by me. He does absolutely the best of his ability to fight for your best. He demonstrated he is better prepared and skilled than the opposing party on several occasions. Despite the horrible divorce process, I am very grateful I had the opportunity to observe an attorney with high standards, professionalism, and dedication like he is. Whoever is on the way to getting into the law should take the chance to see how he handles the case in the courtroom or handles depositions. When the closest person drains you emotionally, physically, and financially, you sometimes feel you can’t fight any longer, and you just want to give up; I was happy I had someone such as Attorney Chmelir and his team taking the hit for my family and me. God gave Attorney Chmelir the patience!! At times, I felt that he never sleeps. While I was not his only client, he made me feel like I was the only one. At times, I was losing it, but Attorney Chmelir never did! He is your calm, rational, smart side, which never lets the guard down or sleeps to watch over you while you can recover and put your broken piece together.
