About Alec

When Attorney Alec Weber was growing up his mother always thought he would either be an actor or a lawyer. He chose the latter following in the footsteps of his Grandfather. Alec moved to Orlando Florida, from Port Saint Lucie to attend the University of Central Florida. After obtaining an undergraduate degree in Legal Studies, Attorney Weber went on to attend the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. While in law school Attorney Weber held various positions within the private and public sectors of Law. First as an intern for the State Attorney’s Office of the Ninth Judicial Circuit where Attorney Weber gained valuable experience and insight on how the State Attorney’s Office prosecutes criminal defendants. Also, while in law school, Attorney Weber interned with the Orange County Attorney’s Office, primarily working on zoning, constitutional, and eminent domain issues. During his third year in law school, Attorney Weber was approved by the Florida Supreme Court as a Certified Legal Intern, meaning he was able to appear in court and represent clients as a law student.

While a Certified Legal Intern, Attorney Weber interned for the Office of the Public Defender, Ninth Judicial Circuit. During his time with the Public Defender’s Office Attorney Weber obtained two “not guilty” verdicts in jury trials before even graduating law school; an experience he considers an invaluable one for any law student. Through mutual friendships Attorney Weber came to know Attorney Maxwell, soon after Attorney Weber was invited by Attorney Maxwell to intern in his practice. In 2010 Alec Weber graduated from law school and passed the Florida State Bar. Subsequently he was then invited by Attorney Maxwell to join him as an associate. Since then Attorney Weber has serviced clients in the areas of: Auto Accidents, Family Law, Divorce, Domestic Violence Injunctions, Violation of Probation, Criminal Defense, Business and Contract matters, and Landlord/Tenant issues. His assistance was invaluable on a recent auto accident case where, Mr. Maxwell’s client was awarded over $27.5 million dollars in damages.

If you're reading this review, you are considering calling or using Alec Weber as your attorney. Chances are, it's because you are looking to hire someone to resolve a personal, family issue. You HAVE to call Alec immediately. Most of the time, this stuff is emotionally and financially stressful and it physically effects you. The first time I spoke with Alec, I got off the phone and felt 100 times better. That night I was actually able to sleep. The reason is because he was honest and educating, but allowed me to make the ultimate decision on how we were going to proceed. For the most part, we followed his exact guidance but when I was adamant on taking a slightly different route for one of the issues, he never judged and simply advised on a new way to proceed to protect me. He is incredibly down to earth and understanding. As busy as he is, he ALWAYS returned e-mails within a reasonable time and took phone calls when it was timely or important. For an emergency I had, he was able to resolve the urgent issue before it became a bigger problem. The other thing is lawyers can be expensive. And depending on what you need done, your bill can skyrocket. The thing I liked most about Alec is he always offered timely solutions. He NEVER did useless work and overcharged me and was always up front with the time that was going to be needed to resolve my issues. The office is beautiful, the service was great, and the advice and execution on his end was flawless. As I have used different family attorneys for different issues, I wish I found Alec first. I cannot stress enough how one phone call to him took away all of my anxiety. He is truly the best all around lawyer out there and successfully helped solve all of my problems. I sleep easy knowing that if I ever run into a future issue, he will be on hand with my absolute best interest.

I had hired alec about 3 years ago and he was more than just an attorney he was a friend he was with me and my family every step of our case until it was handled and when things were looking bad for me at the time he always told me positive things and when my time in court came he was aggressive and it was a victorious outcome he's the best I've seen if you have a case and your considering alec don't hesitate he's the one you want to fight for you in court......thank you alec your a blessing

Mr. Weber represented me in an car accident where I was hurt pretty badly. I had alot of medical bills. Mr. Weber was able to get me a good settlement and help reduce my medical bills. I am very satisfied with his services and I recommend him to anyone needing help after an accident.

Recently I purchased a salon and started my own business. Mr. Weber was invaluable to me as a young entrepreneur I had not fathomed some of the legal hurdles involved in the process of setting up ones own business. Alec Weber kept me informed and always made sure my interests were .protected. He handled a high pressured seller beautifully, making sure that all appropriate actions were taken
