We expected to be going through this process for a couple months and it took only a couple weeks.

I have left several messages wanting a status for my case. I am a struggling single mother and coming up with a retainer over three thousand dollars is no easy task. He makes time to bring you in, and acts so desperate to sign you up like a car salesman. I should of listened to my guts but again when... you are desperate... It been a month and nothing from his office! Stay away!

I was recommended to Attorney Russell Hershkowitz by a personal friend who had simply raved about him after hiring him for a MSA agreement in the past. So when I approached her regarding my paternity case there was no question regarding setting up a consultation as quickly as possible. His staff had ...me in the next day and by the end of the week I had retained Attorney Hershkowitz. My experience with his office was nothing short than excellent; he was consistently available to answer any questions I had and went so far as to put things in laymen terms so I had a sufficient grasp on the law that my case entailed. He fought hard to insure I received the results I had desperately desired and I would not only go back to Attorney Hershkowitz for any family matter, but will continue to recommend him to friends and coworkers.

This "man" is a horrible attorney. He will ruin your life if you hire him. He only cares about money and he lets you pay payments and has a lower, not by much, hiring fee but he does that to get you to hire him. Then he will bill you thousands and thousands of dollars yet will do nothing meaningful i...n your case. If you do not pay his exhorbitant bill he will drop you immediately. Also he makes you pay monthly payments throughout your entire case and still sends you outrageous bills. All he does is the initial paperwork, wait for a Mediation then pushes you to a trial and again demands thousands for trial. He won't get you any temporary child support, alimony, timesharing, nothing throughout the case. He also wont take your phone calls or meet with you just does stupid little things and charges outrageously for it. His wife works for him and she never knows anything, is very snotty, does horrible work and only speaks to you to demand your monthly payment or the thousands they billed you for. When you email or call them because they are not doing the work promised and you have to keep contacting them as nothing is getting done they charge you for every single contact yet you are trying to get them to do their job. The Attorney is always late to hearings and he is just horrible in court. I have had many attorneys in seminole and orange county say he is a rude jerk who does nothing for his clients and his wifes work is horrible. They say he does not ever return attorneys calls and it is obvious he does not care about his clients. They also said his is always on vacations and never in his office. I noticed all of that and it is 100% true. I cannot emphasize enough that if you hire this lazy and greedy attorney you will 100% regret it. He is just horrible all the way around. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this Attorney.
