Mr. Bano is a huge blessing in our life. My son got into a DUI/Hit and Run case and he violated previous probation. i hired a different lawyer and for 3 months my son was sitting in jail while that other lawyer was taking my money and doing nothing to take help my son. As soon as I called Mr. Bano he... looked into the case and took it into his hands. The other lawyer wanted to give my son 14 months in prison. Mr. Bano was able to take my son out of county jail with 18 months probation with early termination so in 9 months my son may be able to be all done with this case and also DUI classes once a week. Compare to 14 months in prison that other lawyer wanted to give my son.. this is an offer that anybody on my son's situation will die for. Mr. Bano is very professional and polite. He made us feel like he really care. Like I said before.. Mr. Bano is a angel sent from heaven to us. Not a better lawyer out there than him.

I am struggling young man who work so hard to make ends meet and a Dad who wanted nothing but d best for my son. I hired Bano in early of 2016 for my divorce case and he charged me significant amount of money which I paid in cash out of my very last savings. Bano is such a fast talker and a very mani...pulative lawyer who made bogus promises to me. Bano went to court twice only in d few months that he handled my case, one was during mediation which lasted less than 30min and d second was a motion that lasted way less than 30min. Just a few weeks after these hearings Bano disappeared on me. He became very hard or almost difficult to reach. I could call and text his phone countless of times to ask d simplest questions and he would never respond. Only time Bano reached out to me again was to renew a contract and ask for more money after I already paid him thousands of dollars for just two court hearings that lasted about an hr and preparing very little haphazard paper work. If u’re ever looking for a lawyer for a case of any kind pls think twice, I wouldn’t recommend him. I am an immigrant from Africa and I work so hard inbetween jobs just to make sure I can be in my son’s life, Bano never cared about my situation but to rub me.I do hope there can be no more victims like me out there. He is not a good lawyer he is just a fraud and very manipulative who cares about no one but money.

I contacted a number of lawyers about handling my criminal offense, driving on a suspended license. I am now living in Pennsylvania and handling this out of state case was nothing but stress. The Florida DMV is impossible to deal with and life without a drivers license is no fun. Into, attorney Bano, of all the lawyers i consulted with, Mr. Bano, seemed to be the most confident and was resolute in trying to get the case dismissed. He explained to me the in and outs of my case and gave me reason to be optimistic. Later I received an e mail from Mr. Bano after the court date saying the case was indeed dismissed!!!!!! What a load off of my shoulders! huge relief!!!!!!!!! Mr. Bano is on his game, he won t let prosecutors play an unfair game. This is an attorney that fights for his clients best interest! Stress Dismissed!!!!!!!!!

My boyfriend is a registered sex offendender, what they call Romeo and Juliet now that he was charged with when he was young way before I met him, lets just say being one in Polk County is not easy. We have 4 kids oldest 15, youngest 4, we missed the radius from what they said was a school in a churc...h by 75ft. Needless to say they were charging him for violating and he was looking at 7yrs. We knew if we stayed with the public defender he had no choice of seeing us for a very long time. My friend told me that she knew a lawyer and that he was really good, she gave me Eneid Bano and his phone # and I gave it to my boyfriend. He took the case, very professional, stayed on top of the prosecuter and was able to get a deal of 1yr and a day prison, 1 yr community control and 3 years probation. He and Prosecutor were working to get 2yrs community control and 3yrs probation but the judge wanted to close out case and be a rude since he was going to another circuit. He’s even helping to file a sentence modification. He’s great and even if it’s 1yr prison he still was able to get me 6yrs back that we would have lost. He’s an amazing lawyer with great morals and family value. I would go to him for anything!

Had a consultation with him over the phone and it was great. I hired him to represent on a family case; five months when by before he started doing any work on my case and when he finally started it sloppy. He was hard to get in touch with and took him days before he would respond to messages left. I... paid a lot of money to him and his firm for mediocre service, so I fried him and told him my reason for doing so and he turned around and stated that I breached the contact when it was clearly him. To top it of he claims that I still owe money to him for work done on my case. The other party on my case wasn’t served papers, my case was never reopened, no summons, Bano didn’t not preformed any duties as my lawyer to deserve the money I paid him. I would not recommend him (Cruz & Bano) to any one. Bano even went as far to start a conflict with me when I told him that I didn’t need his services anymore because of his lack of service.
