Defense

Unprofessional

Had a consultation with him over the phone and it was great. I hired him to represent on a family case; five months when by before he started doing any work on my case and when he finally started it sloppy. He was hard to get in touch with and took him days before he would respond to messages left. I... paid a lot of money to him and his firm for mediocre service, so I fried him and told him my reason for doing so and he turned around and stated that I breached the contact when it was clearly him. To top it of he claims that I still owe money to him for work done on my case. The other party on my case wasn’t served papers, my case was never reopened, no summons, Bano didn’t not preformed any duties as my lawyer to deserve the money I paid him. I would not recommend him (Cruz & Bano) to any one. Bano even went as far to start a conflict with me when I told him that I didn’t need his services anymore because of his lack of service.

Unfortunately when clients have a bill that they do not want to pay, they try to do anything they can to get out of paying their obligation. This particular client did not provide payment for the costs of filing of the paperwork. This client was advised numerous times that said costs had to be paid by the client, NOT THE FIRM, but the client failed to do so. Due to the lack of payment to the clerk, which is client's responsibility pursuant to the signed contract, the matter was set for a hearing by the Judge which required our office to do more work than would be normally necessary and caused the delay. I stand by my work in all my cases and detail the work to the tenth of hour. The client received a detailed statement reflecting the time that was spent on the case and there was nothing that was charged with that could be disputed. Contrary to what is stated, the invoice details the communications with the client which was substantial, hence the large amount of fee that is owed by the client. No refund was provided due to no fault on the attorney's part, hence the totally inaccurate and vindictive review.

Best divorce attorney in Orlando

I don't know what I would have done had I not found Mr. Bano. He is absolutely the best! Went to court and destroyed my ex. Knows the law and knows how to advocate and explains things in terms that I could understand. And He will always find a way to win!

I recommend Attorney Bano to anyone. He is a aggressive attorney and truly works for his clients. I had a situation with one of my minor children we took it to trial and we won it.
