Mr. Kaigle was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's Degree, he enrolled in the University of Florida Levin College of Law and earned his Juris Doctorate.
After graduating from law school and passing the Florida Bar, Mr. Kaigle accepted a position at the Office of the Public Defender in Orlando, Florida. Handling thousands of misdemeanor and felony cases, Mr. Kaigle quickly developed a reputation of being an aggressive trial lawyer and was promoted to the felony division in less than a year. During his time at the Public Defender's Office, Mr. Kaigle had the opportunity to handle virtually every type of crime.
Today, Mr. Kaigle continues to aggressively represent those accused of crimes in both misdemeanor and felony court. His dedication, trial experience, and no-nonsense attitude make him a true advocate for his clients.

Replied last June 19, 2024John, As you know, I 100% disagree with your statements, and we both know that claiming my firm did nothing for you in the brief time (3 months) we represented you is simply not true. It is also unfortunate that you interpreted the numerous telephone conferences you had with my office (some occurring well after business hours) as an “admonishment.” Every member of my firm (including myself) has always shown you nothing but the utmost respect and consideration, even if it was information and facts that you did not want to accept or hear. The attorney-client relationship is one of the most important relationships that exists and unfortunately, we simply did not see eye to eye during the course of representation. Either way, I wish you the best of luck in your case and future endeavors.
