I contacted a number of lawyers about handling my criminal offense, driving on a suspended license. I am now living in Pennsylvania and handling this out of state case was nothing but stress. The Florida DMV is impossible to deal with and life without a drivers license is no fun. Because this charged... was deemed a criminal offense, i had to appear in court personally, or hire a Florida attorney to appear in my place. My boyfriend is a registered sex offendender, what they call Romeo and Juliet now that he was charged with when he was young way before I met him, lets just say being one in Polk County is not easy. We have 4 kids oldest 15, youngest 4, we missed the radius from what they said was a school in a churc...h by 75ft. Needless to say they were charging him for violating and he was looking at 7yrs. We knew if we stayed with the public defender he had no choice of seeing us for a very long time. He’s even helping to file a sentence modification. He’s great and even if it’s 1yr prison he still was able to get me 6yrs back that we would have lost. He’s an amazing lawyer with great morals and family value. I would go to him for anything!

Attorney Bano got me out of a serious DUI, my whole life was turned up side down. I was quoted $5000-10000 by other lawyers and instead he did it for a very reasonable fee which included filing multiple suppression motions. In the end everything was dismissed. I could not be happier with the outcome!... When in trouble, better call Bano!!

I was very impressed with the services Mr. Bano provided me. He help me fire the bozo lawyer I hired before him out of sheer panic. And gave me a 1000x better defense on my case than I would have had otherwise. Regarding the actual case, the prosecutor and plaintiff wanted blood. Mr. Bano ma...de sure that didn't happen.
