Shalimar, Florida, attorney James C. Campbell is a lifelong resident of Okaloosa County and has been practicing law in the greater Fort Walton Beach area for over 30 years. He is past president of the Okaloosa/Walton County Bar Association and the past chairman of the Florida Bar Association's grievance committee. He is also a former high school teacher and football and baseball coach, and he remains active with local youth sports initiatives. He has contributed thousands of hours volunteering his services as president of the following organizations: Shalimar Athletic Association, the All Sports Association, which contributes over $80,000 annually to youth sports organizations, Shalimar Youth Baseball and the Choctawhatchee High School Touchdown Club.
