Replied last August 18, 2014If there was mediation it was not uncontested. Uncontested is based on 4 hours of work, where all parties sign an agreement before mediation. Have never worked on another case while at mediation with another client. My rates are one third to one half other attorneys. All attorneys want payment before the end of the matter. I have never told anyone I could "stop" their divorce.
