Wonderful woman and lawyer!
I found Mrs. Stillwell in 2017/2018 she made my divorce process a breeze, as much as she could. It was a trying and complicated year going through the process but she always helped me understand all the court jargon so I was fully aware of what was happening! Divorcing with 2 children and being milit...

Divorce - military spouse
I am in the middle of my divorce and I am so pleased with Mrs. Stillwell and her assistant/paralegal Tina, I had to write a review before my case is over. They take of business and keep me informed on what may happened next, what will happen next and what will be our next move. If my spouse/opposing...

Earlynn Stillwell
Worst attorney on the gulf coast. The worst part about having a bad attorney like Earlynn Stillwell represent you in a divorce is that the courts will not allow you to go back and undo the enormous damage caused by poor legal council. Not only does Earlynn Stillwell not know the law but the entire...
If there was mediation it was not uncontested. Uncontested is based on 4 hours of work, where all parties sign an agreement before mediation. Have never worked on another case while at mediation with another client. My rates are one third to one half other attorneys. All attorneys want payment before the end of the matter. I have never told anyone I could "stop" their divorce.

GREAT LAWYER! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I read the reviews and I have to admit at first I was a little skeptical about making an appointment with this attorney. I decided to give it a try and I have to say I am so glad that I did! Attorney Stillwell is the best! She has been great through my entire divorce case. Anytime I had a question sh...

I do not recommend E. Stillwell as an attorney!
Don't hire this attorney. She was so nice in my consult and made me feel great but that quickly wore away when I had questions about documents and my what my wife's attorney was saying to her who repeated back to me. I wonder if I could have done better sand saved more if I got a divorce for dummies ...
I wish this client would have contacted me directly by email regarding their concerns. I usually have an hour or more conversation with them before they sign any documents or go to a hearing. I return calls same day if I know the client wants a return call from me and even call nights and weekends. Available by email 24/7. Tell clients routinely that "I do not sign documents I do not understand so I do not want them to sign something they do not understand"
"I've known Earlynn for over five years. She's been an excellent resource for me when I have questions about family law matters or IEP questions for my clients. I endorse this lawyer."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. Earlynn's new to Avvo but her answers show she's not new to family and divorce law. Clients in Florida would do well to speak to her about any case they may have."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. Earlynn is dedicated to her clients, and her ethics are beyond reproach."
