Mr. Bowden treated my case as if he was representing me even though I had not hired him. After telling him the specifics of my case, he wanted me to keep him up to date with what was going on. I am charged with domestic violence (cruelty towards a child) and the arresting police officer put things in... the report that were not true in the least. After my family met with the state attorney and told him that they wanted the whole thing dropped, I let Mr. Bowden know and he still offered advice on what to do next.
