Very honest and trustworthy sounds crazy. Mr Peacock and Mrs Kelly have went above and beyond my expectations. And like I said very honest . He gave me a refund of some of my retainer that he didn’t earn just like he said he would. Just good down to earth honest people.

My legal matter was thrust upon me suddenly and wrongfully. I was terrified and did not know who I could trust. My fear affected my vocal chords which made it extremely difficult for me to speak about the events of my case. Mr. Peacock's experience, expertise, and honesty were outstanding in the case and process of an alimony reduction request by the ex-husband. During this case, the ex-husband's attorney used unnecessary rudeness and unprofessional tactics towards me. At the end of this case, both the ex-husband and his attorney were unsatisfied with each other due to lack of communication in the process, something which never occurred between Mr. Peacock and myself. Mr. Peacock was of great help when I presented my situation to him concerning a confusing and incorrect traffic citation. Upon a review and history of the event explained to Mr. Peacock, he was able to not just advise me of the wrong action by the police officer by making an error on the citation; but also assisted me in knowing how to handle the problem at the clerk of court's office. When the situation was presented to the clerk, she also noticed a discrepancy and proceeded to call the officer who said that she would be arriving in shortly to correct the traffic citation. The officer noticed that we knew about the mistakes made by her and in addition to our desire to follow-up with a judge, she said that everything was going to be dropped. She stated: "Just forget it, its dropped, it never happened."
