Good legal mind, creative thinker

I presented Belinda with a very challenging case after discovering some unclaimed funds in Florida. It took some very good lawyering to figure out a complicated set of circumstances regarding beneficiaries, and there was an error in my uncle's will to boot. She steered around probate and protected me... from any specious claims that could have arisen. This all required Belinda to apply some creative thinking, but she figured out a way to get to the result my uncle would have wanted. Since I am out of state, I found her via the Florida Bar Association, and I could not be more happy that the fates led me to Belinda France.
