also known as Law Office of Kim DSouza
Prior to admission to bar, I interned in the Real Property Bureau of the NYS AG, the Consumer Frauds Bureau of the NYS AG, and the District Office of Congressman Hamilton Fish, Jr. Admitted to practice in 1993, I worked for a title insurance agency, conducting title searches, and representing the title insurance company at closings. After that, I worked for a sole practictioner as a litigating attorney in real property areas. I continued to go to school, and received my Master's of Science in Special Education in 1995, and my Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Administration in 1999. I worked in various capacities as a Educational, Vocational, and Residential Counsel for disabled individuals before becoming a Special Education Teacher. I returned to the practice of law upon learning of the current abuses of the mortgage foreclosure area, and have focused my attention in the context of foreclosure defense on establishing limits for unlawful bank conduct.

I spoke with the attorney about defending a foreclosure action. He has a lot of experience and knowledge in this area. He answered all my questions and gave me information I didn't even know about. I realize how important it is to have an attorney if you are in foreclosure.
