Best advise hands down!!

I went to Mr. Turnage in the middle of a bad financial nightmare evolving from a nightmare divorce. I needed to know where I stood on my financial obligations. He explained all of my options and assisted me in choosing the best bankruptcy outcome for me. It was a truly hard decision to make, but... Mr. Turnage assured me this would be in my best interest. If you find yourself in a financial nightmare, I truly recommend his services.

Professional and easy to work with

Helped me understand the bankruptcy process, very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Experience is vital

Amazing!

I have to say that Mr. Turnage and his staff made me feel so much better. I felt like a complete loser having to file bankruptcy and, initially, when I arrived for my initial consultation I walked in with my head hung low from shame. It’s hard when you are dealing with divorce and financial mayhem. ...Mr. Turnage spent well over an hour with me during my initial consultation...answered all my questions, etc. Initially I scheduled the consultation because I felt like I had no other choice but to file bankruptcy. Come to find out, Mr. Turnage, not only told me what to expect if I did file bankruptcy, but, are you ready for this...he gave me advice on alternative ways to resolve my issues without having to file bankruptcy and it worked. Unfortunately, several months later I lost my job and a new situation arose forcing me to file bankruptcy after all. When I called Mr. Turnage's office, I was transferred to his paralegal Tammi knew exactly who I was, remembered me, my situation, etc. and immediately got me in. Mr. Turnage and his staff were with me every step of the way during my bankruptcy and even after my discharge. These people are amazing! I would strongly recommend Mr. Turnage to anyone and everyone. I have friends who have subsequently filed a bankruptcy (with another attorney because he/she [not naming names here] was cheap) and when they relay their horrible experiences I am reminded how great of an attorney I had. It’s funny how my friends now say that their ‘cheap attorney’ gave them exactly what they paid for…cheap and unknowledgeable experience. Mr. Turnage told me what to expect during my bankruptcy (the good, the bad and the ugly) and I have to say, this man was right on the money. Mr. Turnage and his staff have years of bankruptcy experience and it shows.
