RONALD J. DAVIS, II was born in Valparaiso, Indiana in 1967. Mr. Davis obtained his bachelor degree from the University of Maine in 1993 and is a 1996 graduate of the University of Miami School of Law. He is admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
Mr. Davis is a former insurance defense trial lawyer who has a general practice representing Plaintiffs in actions against insurance companies, doctors, nursing homes and companies who improperly design or manufacture products. He also practices in the areas of Family Law handling divorces, child custody/support, support modifcations and paternity actions. Finally, he practices in criminal defense trial work, handling primarily felonies of all levels. Mr. Davis has experience trying cases before juries and judges in both state and federal courts involving personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice and commercial issues, Felonies, and misdemeanors. .He is available for consultation, referral and/or association as co-counsel.
Mr. Davis and his Wife Marcella have four chlildren.
