I used him as a divorce lawyer and I lost everything because of him. He actually made me believe that I could go to jail because I took out money in my 401k. He will not defend you or say anything on your behalf. He made me feel like the odds are so against me when he knew none of the charges against... me was true. I did everything he said over a year-and-a-half with the drug test came back negative to counseling and nothing they could say was true. He actually have me believe that I might be going to jail and cause me such emotional distress. I hate to see anyone to go through what I have.

Very incompetent and disorganized. Lost every single winnable aspect to my case and blamed me when I stood up to him. performed legal malpractice at many levels that cost me dearly. 1.didnt hand me over paperwork to sign document from opposing council only to have opposing council tell judge I... refused to. He didn't stand up and take blame 2.Took his advise on matters regarding my kids visitation. Exchange center cancelled visitation based on me following his advise. Didn't see kids for 6 months due to his lack of initiative to set a court date for to resume visitation. 3. Never did stand up for anything and provided NO defensive or resistance on very simple matters that should never been and issues. 4. Blamed me for his incompetencies 5. Bad advice and no influence when it came to later dealing with state attorney for texting ex "small talk" over a 2 yr injunction that was placed for calling ex a bad name. Have a record for texting happy new year, merry christmas, children's home going into foreclosure. This matter should have been thrown out of court if he had influence. At worst tool it to trial and have jury decide. He told me to take plea barging that destroyed professional career. Nice guy buy incompetent,disorganized and no will or desire to fight since he stated.."long after you are gone, I have to work with these judges and attorneys and I don't want to piss anyone off"
