Modification and Counter Sued

I was referred to Mr. Mason by a friend that had used his services in the past. Mr. Mason represented me in a professional, friendly, honest manner in which he made sure that I understood the risks, potential outcomes etc. in the case. I was pleased to have been able to settle something so quickly th...at was unnecessary in the first place to have to do. Although I hope that I do not need additional legal counsel, I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Mason again.

Very knowledgeable attorney

I actually hired Taylor McQuaide from this law firm. I had mediation scheduled and just days before it Taylor had an unexpected/uncontrollable emergency at no fault of her own. The firm explained the situation and asked for my spouse and his attorney to reschedule mediation. But him and his attor...ney were very difficult about it and refused to reschedule mediation. J. Demere Mason stepped in at the last minute and attended the mediation with me. We were not able to come to an agreement at mediation and are heading for court next. But it was nice to be with an attorney's office where they worked as a team to ensure I had representation at a very difficult time. I am still not looking forward to court as I'm sure no one would be. I will be heading to court with Taylor as my attorney. But I am confident I have a lawyer's office who is going to represent me well.

Client in a Retirement Settlement Case

Attorney Mason became my lawyer upon the retirement of my ex-husband. The case was pretty open and shut however my ex refused to follow the order given by the judge in 2005. As a result Attorney Mason was able to do the countless hours needed for me to get the retirement I was awarded. He was avai...lable to answer my questions and attended the court appearances needed to resolve my case. I appreciate the hard work and support of Attorney Mason and his staff and I would recommend him to anyone who needs help getting what they are desiring.

So smooth like a warm knife thru butter!

I hired Mr Mason as my lawyer to fight my case. Him and his team were very diligent and professional. They walked thru the whole process and kept me in the loop and by the time my day in court came it was a breeze. Not only did I win my case but they gave me more faith in the justice system then i ha...ve ever had. I highly recommend this team 100%.

I have had the opportunity to work as counsel opposing Mr. Mason on several occasions, I found him to be honest, thorough, professional and passionate about his client's case. He was reasonable and conscientious about obtaining the best result for his client, even in cases where resources were some...what limited.
