My most gracious thanks to Ms. Cindy Lasky & The Lasky Law Firm. She & her staff are patient, kind, & extremely knowledgeable. Ms. Lasky is prompt in answering questions and returning emails. This is extremely important as I live outside of Florida, & due to disabilities am not able to travel. Milita...ry divorce is unlike civilian divorce due to the unique and different issues involved. I think what impresses me most and is/was most comforting is that Ms. Lasky does not have an air of "know it all". She never gave false hope, and she approached my case with professionalism, extensive knowledge, and open mindedness. Example: I filed a federal Chapter 13 Bankruptcy a bit over a year before my case. She even sought information about BK law. She skillfully Incorporated BK laws with military laws to further strengthen our case, which I found impressive. Ms. Lasky is also an awesome litigator. She is confident & secure in presenting her arguments and was prepared with knowledge of as well as documentation of military laws that supported her arguments. Mrs. Cindy Lasky a true wonder woman to me. She represented me in a Military Retirement settlement case with my ex-spouse. I understand that all attorneys either are liked or disliked by prior clients due to the outcome of the case. However, my 2000$ retainer never made it to court or even negotiations with the opposing attorney. I was charged 1037.00 for email communication after she stated she could handle all my iss...ues for 1500$. Before I released her from her services, she wanted to converse over the phone at 300$ an hour instead of email communications that are .2 or .3 the money. she never fulfilled her promises to me and received my money on doing nothing but emailing me back and forth. Nothing got resolved... I had her for 4 months with little to nothing being completed and all I got for my money was false promises and a fake knowledge over military issues within family law. She claimed she knew it all and I had to show her on many occasions that she was wrong and supply her with the Navy instructions. She was my 5th attorney that failed me... I have wasted so much money and no results due to these attorneys being afraid of my Ex's attorney and believe that she has the "JOHNNY COCHRAN" of family law.

If you are looking for a good law firm that will be aggressive, follow up, go the extra mile you have found the one!! I can’t say enough good things about the Lasky Law Firm. My husband had an extremely difficult case and they were able to finally put it to an end. My husband was originally divorc...ed in a state other than Florida and his child support obligation was to remain in effect until the children were emancipated by the court (not just by turning 18). We first tried to litigate it here in Florida where his X made a huge stink to go back to the original state the order was first made and we ended up litigating there for two years, meanwhile she was still collecting child support! Once that was finished we still had to litigate here in Florida for the local courts to adopt our order and credit us back for years of overpaid child support. We called multiple law firms and they seemed uninterested in our case as it didn’t seem that it would be “ongoing” enough for them to waste their time getting involved. We ended up talking to a nice young man at the Lasky Law Firm who answered all of our questions and set us up with a consultation right away. After speaking with one of the lawyers there we decided to retain and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome at this point!!!! We had to go to yet another trial and the Law Firm worked on this case as a team for several nights beforehand preparing. I wanted to mention that the hearing ended up being in Orlando and they were able to go with reasonable added expense. We won our case and now the X has a $24K+ judgment due to us. Cindy and her crew saved us and got us out of the system and able to move forward with our lives. Would highly recommend!!
