Our practice is 100% dedicated to small businesses. We help our clients with contracts, negotiations, entity formations, company restructuring, ownership issues, trademarks, technology licensing and development, commercial leases, business purchases, and many other types of business transactions.
We focus our practice on small businesses because we like helping owners and entrepreneurs. We understand that small business owners need a business attorney on their advisory team that they can count on from project to project.
