We hired your company to do a contest a gaurdianship, your lawyers told us everything we wanted to hear, The process revealed the incompetence of your staff, legal documents poorly put together, your attorney never showed up on time, hrs late to important hearing, always same excuse, (traffic) e...ven though everyone else made it. And on the most important day infront of the judge , we stood alone because he was late again, we lost everything due to the incompetence of this lawfirm. They didn't have the experience for this it clearly revealed itself, They just took our money. And made promises they clearly couldn't keep.

I have to start with this. Several years ago I got divorced and hired an attorney (not Jason Porter). In the end I feel like the guy only wanted my money and really didn't push anything. In the past 6 months I have went to Jason Porter to assist me with some modifications. He didn't have a Family ...law attorney at the time, but one of his practices is Family Law and he was willing to take my case. After my consultation I felt he was the guy. I had a few meetings with him and I had a total different experience with him than I did with the previous attorney. Mr. Porter genuinely listens to your issues and he does not make it feel like a business transaction. I even told him that and of course he thanked me and said something to this effect. "Well you dealing with personal issues so I need to get personal with you." Mr. Porter is a very nice guy and I would highly recommend him if somebody needed an attorney. Two years ago our family became involved in a difficult situation. A member of our family was facing something that could have changed his future and possibilities in life. The fact that he called, and so quickly, explaining each step helped our family understand how important certain things were and what were the best things for us to do. Most of all, his reassurance and calmness helped our family in what was a very stressful time. Jason did not sugar coat or make promises that he could not deliver. The outcome was just what he had mentioned on the first visit...it could have been so much worse. Jason said something that has stayed with me - “good people sometimes end up in not good situations” Since then, Jason’s practice has taken care of a family law matter for me and I have recommended several friends who have had wonderful experiences as well. The best way to explain the type of attorney Jason is would be to say not typical of the stereotype. He does not over promise and returns calls personally - he never once will treat you like a case instead of a person. Wrap all that into someone who is very knowledgeable and you get Jason.

Mr. Porter helped me in 2010 with a Breach of Contract case in which he was able to recover my earned commissions from my former employer. Mr. Porter was very friendly and knowledgable in the area of Non Compete agreements which allowed for a quick settlement from my former employer.
