Mr. Johnson was an EXCELLENT attorney. I have worked with many other attorneys over the years and from what I have dealt with Mr. Johnson was the best attorney of them all. My husband and I needed to file Bankruptcy and we hired him. I'm one of those persons that constantly asks questions. I was ...probably emailing him and his assistants at least 3 times a week. He and his assistants were always on top of my questions and always answering them within 24 hours. I have even asked him questions after our bankruptcy has been finalized and he has been helpful in answering them for me. He treated my husband and I as if he had known us for years. Every time we met with him to discuss our case he was down to earth and very personable with us. But he also handled our Bankruptcy in a very professional manner too. His office staff and assistants were also just as friendly, nice and professional as he was. I could go on and on with all the compliments for both Mr. Johnson and his assistants and office staff. I have nothing at all negative to say about any of them. I would definitely recommend Mr. Johnson to anyone who was in mine and my husband's situation. Mr. Eugene Johnson was professional, kind, considerate, polite and reassuring. I was having difficulty selecting a lawyer from only website information. I had already had a bad experience taking a referral from the Jacksonville Bar which I will never do again. Then I saw Mr. Johnson doing an inter...view with a local news channel about bankruptcies. That allowed me a short video where I could observe him, which was much better than looking at web pages. I liked the way he handled the interview and called for an appointment and in the end he exceeded my expectations. Whenever I had a question I would email or call him and he would promptly reply. On occasion he would respond to my email with a telephone call to make sure that I understood the answer. The bankruptcy process is quite long which means you will have to interact with your lawyer quite a bit. That makes timely communication and exchange of information extremely important. Being in a situation where you need a lawyer is stressful enough searching for a good one only adds to that stress. I had considered filing myself and in the end I am so glad that I let a professional handle it. If you find yourself needing a lawyer with his skills I would recommend him to you without hesitation!
