It is always a unfortunate situation when anyone has to take time out of their lives and money to get legal assistance with anything. I was one of those who seeked help in late November. Initially getting into Delgado’s office you notice how everything inside is set to a comfort level. His staff is incredibly knowledgeable and well mannered. There was not a question they could not answer and they went above and beyond to help cater to my legal needs. I met Aaron first. Who is a intimidating looking man to begin with, he is stern but kind. He gave me confidence in my case before it even started, and continued to reassure me when things were working in my favor. He did not judge me. He was assisted by Harry Rutherford as well in my particular case. He was the sweeter side of my sorrow. Harry called me periodically though out the months to keep in contact with me to let me know everything everyone has been doing for me. He was with me my final court date where everything ended up getting dropped and gave me a sense of safety. Everyone’s legal problems are different. Not everyone gets the same out come or as lucky as I have been. I can honestly say that without those two I would not be able to continue with the work life I have if they were not there to support me. I contacted Mr. Delgado to assist me with a complicated legal matter from 12 years ago. I was hesitant for any chances of success since it had been so long. I was wronged by several lawyers years ago but Mr. Delgado was a true professional in every sense of the word. I remember getting release from jail on a Saturday and needed an attorney asap.. called numerous attorney's he was the only one who would call me back.. after talking with him a knew he was the attorney I wanted to represent me. Delgado handled my case very professional. Whether through bad luck or my own stupidity this law firm has gone above and beyond any other firm I’ve EVER seen. I was wrongfully arrested and treat on several different occasions. However, I decided to obtain Aaron Delgado on 2 DUI’s, ( both were dropped ) possession charges, and a paraphernalia charge. Thank god I found this firm because I still have NOTHING on my record! No probation, no drug court, no DUI court nothing. I did pay a fine recently for my paraphernalia charge but, adjudication was withheld. I have been treated with the upmost respect with EVERYONE I encounter at his firm. I personally have his cellphone number and his assistant Anna is plain out STELLAR. I recommend spending the money if you want results. Mr. Delgado has not only kept my fiancé Jessica Kober out of prison but, saved her life literally! To the Reader: If you are reading this review you may be in the same position I was in recently which was accused of a crime I did not commit. If so you are probably also feeling the statement of, “Innocent till proven guilty” was not applied to you. My first piece of advice is stay strong do not do anything to compound your situation. My second piece of advice is call Delgado & Romanik. I was represented by Aaron Delgado, and he will remind you, and the Jury, you are innocent until proven guilty. During the trial as the state presents their evidence they better be able to support their charges. I was amazed how Aaron just sat back taking notes, but was always attentive to object when needed. Then we he got the opportunity to cross examine the witnesses he was able to diminish their credibility by pointing out changes in their testimonies. He would point out variations between their written statements to their verbal testimony; and from their direct examination by the State Attorney to their answers to him during the cross examination. He would point out how details in photographs and videos presented by the state actually disproved the very statements made about why they were admitted into evidence. His attention to detail is quite impressive. If you hire Aaron Delgado, you will have an attorney who will make sure your accusers have done their due diligence, and if they are presenting evidence or testimony against you they better be prepared to back it up with something. In my case he had every witness questioning their own recollection of events, even the Law Enforcement officer. He even called out the prosecutor for having no evidence of a medical claim based on this incident, since their witness testified to a doctor's diagnosis and x ray results.
