Aaron Delgado is an excellent attorney. He is a great combination of aggressive, yet not offensive and still remaining very diplomatic. He is also willing to listen to what the client thinks. I’m not happy that I have to write this. I got myself in trouble, by MAKING STUPID CHOICES and was charged with a DUI/leaving the scene of an accident with property damage. (And I blew over a 0.2) Too complicate things even more, I had a prior DUI almost 30 years ago. So this was my 2nd DUI, with “a...ll the above”. NOT GOOD. I was mortified by what I had done, but being sorry doesn’t undo your charges. I had one ticket for speeding, in 30 years, and drank less than once a year, and had “No clue what to do” and I needed to hire who I was told was the best, and I called Mr. Demores office. (We all know THAT 2nd DUI IS A LIFE CHANGER!) There I met Aaron Delgado and David Demore. They got right to business. Told me my possible options and outcomes. Had me sign up for the “required” classes, and dug deep into case. I also met up with “Blake”, when I had questions about my case, he was informative and made me feel like a human being. He was very reassuring. The first surprise came when Mr. Daniel Leising an Attorney at the firm, called me after he went to my DMV hearing and WON MY DRIVERS LICENSE BACK WITH FULL PRIVILEGES. He was very kind on the phone, but warned me the court could still suspended my license depending on the outcome of my case. Several weeks later, I received a phone call from Aaron Delgado that he had successfully negotiated a “plea” with the State Attorney’s Office, and I’d be charged with “Reckless” driving, and the other charges where “thrown out”, as they we able to get a motion to suppress evidence. Mr. Demore came to my hearing, explained everything prior about a “Plea”, and I was ordered to pay court cost, 6 months light probation (with early termination after completion of all classes, and 50 hours of community service). Honestly, I was stunned. How do you thank someone for fixing a mistake you made, that could change your life and how you live. You find humility and learn from your actions, and live RESPONSIBLY. This firm doesn’t just represent “criminals”, they help ordinary people who make mistakes. This is an EXCELLENT LAW FIRM, and I’m grateful for Aaron Delgado giving me a second chance!

I was looking at 30 years in prison for a crime I did not commit. The last 3 and a half years of my life have been exhausting, nerve racking, and depressing. I was not able to live at home with my wife and step son because of what I was being charge with. I lived in my car for about 6 months and t...hen I had to move back in with my parents in another state.
