Conviction reversed saving me from deportation

Years ago in my younger days I was convicted of a felony drug charge and I used another attorney to represent me. I overcame this issue, graduated, married a US citizen, had a child and worked in the same trade for years. Then one day ICE picked me up and said they would deport me because of my old ...conviction even though I had stayed out of trouble since then. My immigration attorneys told me my only hope was to get the old drug conviction reversed. I hired Mr. Forehand to challenge the felony conviction. He successfully got the conviction set aside. Mr. Forehand did a great job in my case. He did everything he said he would do and in an incredible time frame. He is very responsible and trustworthy. If I need an attorney I will definitely use him in the future.

Good job on my Divorce

Jon represented me in my contested divorce and a prior legal separation. As a law enforcement officer, I had the chance to see Jon work in court many times before I hired him. I was called up for military duty during the litigation and stationed overseas but the firm helped me get this resolved. The... staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful.

We are satisfied with Mr. Forehand in every respect

My daughter was charged with DUI and other offenses. We heard from several sources that Mr. Forehand was a good attorney. When we met he took the time to explain the process so that we could understand. Although this was a very complicated matter, he made everything clear and simple. After investiga...ting our case, Mr. Forehand found a problem with the case that made all the difference. At trial he pointed out this problem to the Judge and got the Judge to agree to dismiss the DUI and open container so my daughter was left with two city ordinance violations. This saved her from jail time, kept her license and saved our insurance. I was very happy with the outcome of the case

Amazing outcome in my traffic cases

I came for help after being charged with racing and speeding. Mr. Forehand got charges dropped and I was able to keep my license. His staff is awesome with great people skills. Mr. Forehand is a good attorney. They are very helpful and I recommend them to everyone.
