THE WORST! She needs to stick to beauty pageants and stay out of the courtroom. Never seen an attorney so poorly prepared.

Harrell and Harrell agreed to take my disability case. I received a call from the paralegal today telling me that Ms. Phillips-Lee can't win the case for me. They've been in charge of my case since the beginning of this year and now there telling me that they can't win. What a waste of t...
I am sorry to hear that. I left Harrell and Harrell in early August 2017, so I am no longer with the Firm. I can tell you that there are various factors that go into evaluating a case. Since your disability appeal has been filed, Harrell and Harrell dropping representation will not affect your case. Your case will proceed to hearing. I would encourage you to seek new counsel to represent you in your claim for disability benefits. Thank you.

Mrs. Lee met with my son and I, before business hours to ensure the best options for getting custody of my grandson. She advised my son on every aspect of proceedings. Excellent job on my son's behalf in court. Would recommend to anyone.

Malia Phillips-Lee was instrumental in making my divorce and major life transition run smoothly. She did an excellent job of gathering a list of my assets, and she personally negotiated items that had to be divided. My ex-husband did not want a lawyer. She acted as the mediator and had the painstaki...
"I have known Malia for probably 20+ years. She is not only a great attorney but a great person, always knowledgable of her cases and professional with clients and the court. I give Malia my highest endorsement."
"Malia is an extremely knowledgeable and talented lawyer. I have known her for about 8 years since she was a law clerk for judges in the South Georgia Judicial Circuit, I also handled cases against her after she passed the bar. She is a very professional and worthy opponent. As a mediator, I have also watched her resolve cases effectively in mediation. I appreciate her passion and caring attitude toward serving her clients. She is a lovely person and I know she will be an asset to her new firm. I endorse this lawyer."
"Malia is a tenacious and diligent attorney. She handles cases with absolute dedication and attentiveness. I would not hesitate to hire her if I needed an attorney."
"Malia is one of the most knowledgeable and professional attorneys I have had the pleasure of working for and with. I regularly consult her on difficult matters because I regard her insight so highly in my own practice. Her integrity and character are beyond reproach, and I know from personal experience that she always puts her clients first. I could not recommend Mrs. Phillips-Lee more highly."
