Mrs. Lee met with my son and I, before business hours to ensure the best options for getting custody of my grandson. She advised my son on every aspect of proceedings. Excellent job on my son's behalf in court. Would recommend to anyone.

Divorce Case
Malia Phillips-Lee was instrumental in making my divorce and major life transition run smoothly. She did an excellent job of gathering a list of my assets, and she personally negotiated items that had to be divided. My ex-husband did not want a lawyer. She acted as the mediator and had the painstaking tasks of dealing with my ex so I would not have to. I was very impressed with her professionalism and work. I was also pleased with the outcome of my case.

custody services
She was very thorough and made me feel like I had a powerful voice in a very delicate situation with overwhelming odds. She was assertive in the courtroom, and made sure, not only that I understood what was going on, but that I was comfortable with our plan, every step of the way. I would be very likely to use this office's services again based on my experience.

Attorney review
My attorney worked diligently to help me apply for disability and receive it. I was in constant pain and was suffering both physically and mentally; Mrs. Phillips -Lee helped ease the worry of me meeting my financial obligations. She was caring and handled my case in a prompt and professional manner. I would recommend her to others in need of legal services.

Great Advice
Thankfully, it never came to a suit, but I was threatened with legal action. I consulted Miss Phillips-Lee who eased my mind and help me get my paper trail in order in the event I needed it. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend her.

Malia Phillips-Lee, Attorney
Attorney Phillips-Lee was hired by me and my husband after firing an attorney who lost summary judgment which never should have happened. Malia got it all back on appeal. She was absolutely brilliant. It was a 4 year long case over 3,000 pages and she had very little time to reverse the case on Appeal. I don't believe another lawyer could have pulled it off. I highly recommend Malia.

Don't waste your time with this PA
Harrell and Harrell agreed to take my disability case. I received a call from the paralegal today telling me that Ms. Phillips-Lee can't win the case for me. They've been in charge of my case since the beginning of this year and now there telling me that they can't win. What a waste of time
Response from Malia Phillips-Lee November 7, 2017
I am sorry to hear that. I left Harrell and Harrell in early August 2017, so I am no longer with the Firm. I can tell you that there are various factors that go into evaluating a case. Since your disability appeal has been filed, Harrell and Harrell dropping representation will not affect your case. Your case will proceed to hearing. I would encourage you to seek new counsel to represent you in your claim for disability benefits. Thank you.
