I appreciated his willingness to give me a brief description of Georgia Law relating to a water related issue that popped up after my neighbor did some landscaping last winter. He also advised me to try to avoid the court system-something I knew I wanted to avoid, but I appreciate a lawyer who isn't trying to drum up expensive work for himself.
I also appreciate that he was willing to do a brief 5-minute phone conversation without charge.
Mr. Daughdrill answered my questions relative to urban tree law by outlining the guiding general concepts and also by providing specific answers to my more targeted questions. Best of all he responded rapidly to my initial message and I was able to speak with him quickly which to me is one of the more important attributes to consider when engaging an attorney. While I have some decisions to make about my situation I now feel better equipped to move forward than prior to the consultation.
Mr. Daughdrill's real estate practice includes both transactional and litigation work across a broad spectrum of commercial, industrial and residential properties. I focus on construction law, zoning and land-use/property rights issues, and Landlord/Tenant matters. I representing both individuals and businesses in all types of real estate litigation. On the transactional side, I assist clients in negotiating and preparing purchase agreements and leases.
Mr. Daughdrill's practice also includes general business counseling including incorporation, by-law and operating agreement review and preparation and general litigation related to business and contract disputes.
Mr. Daughdrill's construction and development practice includes construction contract negotiation, preparation and disputes, lien law practices and construction defect cases for both builders, subcontractors and homeowners.

Wonderful advice and highly knowledgable about law!!
I contacted Mr. Daughdrill for advice relating to a tenant landlord dispute which also had some family law woven in. He was not only professional but he was considerate and seemed empathethic to my perils. He responded to my inquiry immediately and offered telephone advice and future assistance with my issue should that not resolve my situation. I am highly appreciative for an attorney like this and with his many experiences in multiple areas of the law he is definitely someone I'll be adding to my contacts to conduct business with in the future. I was quite impressed!!
