I have more than 18 years practicing in estate planning (wills and trusts), elder law (advanced health care directives, special needs trusts, guardianship/conservatorship, long-term planning and Medicaid, Medicare planning), probate (estate administration and distribution) and business planning (choice of entities, buy-sell and cross-purchase agreements and business succession planning).
I know the family tribulations and legal issues that may arise at the time a loved one becomes incapacitated, at the time of death or during the termination of a business.

Thank you Mr. Davidson for supporting Veterans
I am a Veteran and have tried to get benefits from the VA for many years and I always got the run around and delay. A friend had used Mr. Davidson to get his VA benefits and so I called him. He is easy to speak to and I am excited to say that I got my long awaited benefits.

Awesome Attorney
Dale has now helped my grandparents, parents, aunt and uncle. He has helped some members of my family obtain VA benefits very quickly. I don't know how he could be rated so low on here. I would give 6 stars out of 5.

Extremely professional in the face of adversity
Dale has worked long and hard to untangle our estate mess. “The reprimand was not related to a client - my attorney actually asked the Bar for an opinion under the self reporting requirements and they issued a reprimand to for both of us for filing a case in the wrong venue, not dishonesty. It was not about a client, fees, or a grievance. The opinion states that I did not mislead anyone, just that it “lacks candor” to the Court since there are specific rules on venue.”
