Biography
As a partner at Johnson Kraeuter & Sanders LLC, Richard Sanders dedicates his practice to family law, providing clients with steadfast representation backed by over a decade of experience. Since becoming a Georgia attorney in 2008, Richard has developed a reputation as an accomplished litigator and is also a registered mediator and arbitrator. He routinely volunteers his dispute resolution skills at the Mediation Center in Savannah. Richard has argued successfully before Georgia’s highest courts and is an experienced author and lecturer, contributing to legal scholarship and professional development across the state.
Richard holds numerous leadership positions, currently serving on executive committees for both the Savannah Bar Association and the Council of Municipal Court Judges. He is a recognized authority in his field—having authored legal publications, presented at high-profile seminars, and received repeated honors, including recognition as a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star and a Top 100 Trial Lawyer.
