You won't be disappointed.

Statesboro Best Lawyer

Mr Brannen and his staff are awesome. I was charged with 10 Misdemeanor charges, Mr Brannen was able to get all the charges dropped. I am more than greatful for what the Brannen law firm has done for my future and my case. Now I am in nursing school because of Mr Brannens help. Thank You So Much!

Attorney W. Scott Brannen is an expert in his field, whom I hired to represent a college student, who was wrongfully charged with obstruction of an officer. With astute questioning techniques he unraveled potent evidence that proved to the Court that the defendant in question was undeniably not guilty. Based on this approach the presiding Honorable Judge ruled a 'Not-Guilty" in the case. This family is extremely satisfied with his services and recommends him highly. Great lawyer

I hired Mr Brannen for my 6 felony drug charges! I was sure I was headed to prison for my mistakes, but Scott had 4 of 6 charges dismissed and was able to get me probation and NO PRISON TIME! Great attorney!!!

Mr Brannen is an amazing attorney to have. My son was riding with a friend and they were pulled over and searched and they were both charged with a drug related object back in September and Mr. Brannen was successful at having the charges dropped against my son. Excellent Legal Respresentation

Mr. Brannen handled a DUI of mine that dragged on for more than a year. He and his staff were very patient with me and with this case. When we finally did have to go to court, Mr. Brannen succeeded in getting my DUI dismissed! My driving privileges are still in tact and for that I am highly grateful. Knows the system!

Scott handled my felony drug case and DUI in Statesboro and knew all the things to do and the people he was dealing with. After what he did, my drug charge was dropped and the DUI was sent to a lower court where he got part of the evidence dismissed and the charge reduced to "failure to exercise due care," which later came off my record after I followed his advice and did a few things. Wow! I am certainly pleased and super glad I had Scott on my side! I recommend Scott to anyone facing legal trouble in Statesboro.

Outstanding

Mr. Brannen was very helpful with our son's charge of MIP. He was patient and kind. He answered all our questions and ended up getting our son's case dismissed in court!!! I cannot recommend him enough. He and his staff were very kind during a time that was very stressful as parents of a college student.

Man of his word

Scott kept his word to me and my family I'm my time of need . He answered any and every question we has and dug for answered when he didn't have one. Checked on us in his off time when he could have been spending time with his family. Very satisfied with his professional manner.

Great Lawyer!

Mr. Brannen represented me for a D.U.I.D. and I must say, he did an excellent job at getting it dropped with my only conviction being a "Failure to Maintain Lane". He definitely saved me from having that permanent DUI stain on my record which I will be forever grateful. He was not only the best price for a lawyer I found to deal with my case, he was a really genuine, down to earth, great guy. He made sure to keep me informed on any new info regarding my case and he was very good at quickly responding to my emails and phone calls. He was always willing to answer any questions I had at no charge, which is uncommon these days for a lawyer. Knowledgeable, Caring & Passionate Lawyer!
