Melanie Lynn Marks

Melanie is one of those rare, exceptional people that you are lucky to encounter in life. I am so grateful to have Melanie L. Marks as my attorney. I have worked with several attorneys over the years and have never met an attorney like Melanie. She truly cares about people and truly wants to hel...p people. She is not "all about the money", she sincerely wants to make a positive difference in people's lives. I inherited an estate that was a huge legal and financial mess and did not have spare thousands laying around to pay an attorney to sort it all out. All of the other attorneys I consulted wanted a huge chunk of money up front but Melanie was willing to work with us. She worked out a creative payment solution that we could reasonably handle (FYI she also has very reasonable rates). Not only did she work with us on the money but Melanie is one sharp lady, extremely intelligent. She's a quick thinker and a very creative thinker. She really knows her business. She is conscientious, diligent, and devoted. Melanie is so proactive and really makes things happen...fast! She sees things through. Added bonus: She is personable and likeable. I feel very secure and confident knowing Melanie is on my side. Not only is she an incredible attorney, she's a fantastic person. If it weren't for Melanie, we would have lost the house and been in debt over it. Melanie has had such a positive impact on my life and I am forever grateful to her.
